Overview
We sell custom and pre-designed patriotic merchandise using a print-on-demand model powered by Printful. All orders are processed through Shopify and fulfilled by Printful.

Orders & Fulfillment
• Order Processing: Once you place an order, it is sent automatically to Printful for fulfillment. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

• Production & Shipping Times: Products are made-to-order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, plus shipping time.

• Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or customs. Once shipped, tracking is provided.
• Order Changes: Once an order is submitted, changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at redrightsandyou@gmail.com, and we will try to assist if it hasn’t entered production.

Returns & Refunds
• No Returns on Print-on-Demand Products: All items are custom made. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
• Defective or Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will work with Printful to resolve it.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes: Sales tax is applied as required by law, depending on your shipping address.
